The differences between an in-person and online transmission are very slight. It may be difficult to understand until you experience it, but there is no time or space in the quantum field.

You will feel my energy and I will feel your resonance as if we were in the same room. An online transmission may even make you feel safer as you are in a more private & chosen environment, whereas others enjoy being in a group setting – the choice is yours!

Beginners might need one or a few more classes to activate than they would have in person.

1. Wear loose, light, and comfortable clothes. Avoid clothing with metal closures or snaps on the front
2. Refrain from eating for at least  hours before the session. An empty stomach is ideal, but a light snack like fruit is fine
3. Avoid coffee, alcohol, and other substances in the days leading up to the session
4. You can use an eye mask to enhance relaxation. Keep your eyes closed during the session
5. Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection
6. Download the Zoom app and create an account if you don't have one
7. For optimal sound quality, use good wireless headphones or connect to a speaker. It's best to have a separate device for playing the music, so two devices are ideal
8. Prepare a comfortable yoga mat to lie on
9. Ensure sufficient lighting in the room
10. Log in a few minutes early to Zoom and settle into your space
11. During the session, make sure your entire body is visible on the screen, with the camera positioned above your crown chakra at the top of your head
12. Approach the session with an open mind and heart
13. Ensure privacy and minimise disturbances

This journey is about your personal healing and divine energy. The more you experience it, the more the body will begin to trust, and deeper releases will take place.

Each transmission will be different depending on your body and your energy at the time. The more you receive this process, the more your system trusts, relaxes and unleashes the magic of who you are, awakening you to whole new levels.

There's no specific rhythm or limit to the number of sessions you can have; it's entirely up to you. You dictate the pace of your journey, so I invite you to trust and follow your intuition and the call to dive deeper into your awakening and transformation journey. It will guide you beautifully towards your next session.

Kundalini Activation is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This process is mainly for spiritual growth and deepening of consciousness.

However, many clients do report physical healings early on, after only one or a few sessions. But of course this is not guaranteed, nor is it the primary purpose of Kundalini Activation.

Unfortunately, Kundalini sometimes has a reputation for being dangerous. Most of the people who share these stories may not have encountered a genuine, natural Kundalini awakening.

Kundalini energy is profoundly purifying and transformative, offering the potential for rapid life changes. It is in a very small number of cases that the Kundalini has a negative effect.

This usually only happens when people work alone, aggressively with the energy, with the use of drugs, psychedelics and without any trained mentors or facilitators for support.

It is also important to note that Kundalini Activation is not the same as Kundalini Yoga and Kundalini breath-work. The activation of energy experienced during a transmission is very gentle and soft in comparison to other methods of awakening.

Following your activation, it is important to rest well, hydrate and take cold showers to ground. The energy will continue to work 2-14 days afterward and your Kundalini energy will stay elevated, leading you to deeper self-exploration. This may manifest as movements, visions, discomfort, or even joy—signs of the intelligent energy within you working to release blockages. It's crucial to witness and allow this process with love and compassion as it unfolds.

Think of it as a thorough cleanse for your mind, body, and soul. Sometimes, detox-like symptoms may arise before clarity emerges. Embrace this with non-judgement. To support your integration:

• Do not consume any alcohol, drugs, psychedelics or medication for the next 48 hours
• Avoid tobacco, tea, coffee, processed, heavy foods and meat for the next 24 hours
• Drink lots of water
• Take time for yourself
• Spend time in silence
• Spend a lot of time in nature
• Emotions can be heightened, let them be and allow them to be expressed without judgement
• Observe the changes in your mind, your habits, your body over the next few days, weeks – there may be sudden shifts in what you eat, your hobbies, who you spend your time with
• Be kind and compassionate with yourself throughout the integration process and give yourself what you need

Remember, all of this is part of the process, normal and temporary. It means accepting and then allowing this process, knowing that it is happening for your greatest good.

Through kundalini activation your energetic frequency will have raised to match that of the divine life-force energy within, therefore integration is an important part of the process as much as the physical transmission itself in the days and weeks after. Below are some things you can do to look after and ground your energy:

• Take cold showers
• Take an epsom salt bath
• Spend time in nature: walk barefoot in the grass
• Spend time alone, in a peaceful environment
• Swimming in the sea or in the river
• Relaxing Yoga
• Meditate
• Eat products from the land (vegetables with roots)
• Focussed breath-work
• Journaling: Reflection and integration are essential to help you really process all that went through the session. Take the time to write about everything that has appeared and how this next version of you wants to appear
• Drink more water (little caffeine)
• Cultivate positive thoughts
• Practice gratitude
• Become aware of your breathing
• Focus on presence by observing the things you can see, smell, touch, hear and taste
• Calm down (light a candle, create a safe space, nourish your body)

Do not take any drugs, medication, psychedelics, alcohol, tobacco at least 48 hours before and after a transmission.
