I'M KIREN 

Most would describe me as a business consultant, self-love & relationship coach, kundalini activator facilitator, (and if they know me well) foodie. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

My journey was inspired by a rock bottom. Rock bottoms are chances to meet ourselves – to touch the depths of who we truly are, buried deeply below who we were taught to be. I always knew I wanted to help others who like me, felt lost, lacked boundaries, and wanted more for themselves and life! Through my own healing and transformation journey, I learned that that while it’s our responsibility – we cannot do this journey alone, and nor are we meant to.

Today I have built this platform to help guide you to design the life + love you’ve longed for, holding space for wherever you are in your journey. The most important part is, you made it here. And you are exactly where you should be. 

When we remove our masks, embrace the shadows of our past and take time to understand ourselves and our heart…. Incredible things happen.
